Listen to the Children

Parents and children with hearing impairment are getting all excited because on the 11th of February, Mr Warren Estabrooks would be in Malaysia. He would be giving a talk on Auditory Verbal Therapy and how much potential it has to help children learn to hear better.

The Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s Cochlear Implant Team in cooperation with Cohlear Limited, Australia and TUTUR Unit of the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences are organizing a Public Awareness on Auditory Habilitation for children with hearing impairment. This would be held at Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia’s Auditorium from 2 to 5 pm on Saturday afternoon.

Mr Warren Estabrroks, M.Ed, Cert. AVT is the director at the Learning to Listen Foundation of North York General Hospital, Toront, Canada. He is very experienced in Auditory-Verbal Therapy and is the guest speaker at many AVT seminars all over the world.
